Scope and acceptance
ColdTools (com.xernai.coldtools) is an Android application published by Xernai. By using it, you agree to these terms. It provides field calculators, references and the record tools included in your edition. It does not include an exam question bank or award a qualification.
Professional responsibility
Check every result against current governing standards, manufacturer instructions, site conditions and your professional judgement before acting. The app cannot inspect your equipment or determine local requirements. It is not a substitute for training, certification, approved procedures or required safety checks. Official sources govern when they disagree with the app. Xernai is not affiliated with or endorsed by the standards or certification bodies mentioned in the app.
Free tools and Pro
Tools are marked free or Pro. Free tools have no per-use calculation quota; Pro unlocks the paid tools. The app has no advertising. Prices, available offers, billing periods and taxes are shown by Google Play before purchase. Do not rely on a website example as a price quote.
Purchases and separate apps
ColdTools and ColdCheck are separate installations with separate purchases and local data. A purchase in one does not unlock the other. Monthly and quarterly subscriptions renew until cancelled through Google Play. Where offered, a two-week pass is a one-time consumable purchase that does not renew; a lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase for this app, not a promise of perpetual updates or access to other apps. Uninstalling does not cancel subscriptions. Consumed short-term passes may not be restorable after local data is cleared; contact support about missing access.
Your records and our material
Your entered records and exported results remain yours. You may use results in your work. The app interface, reference content and software belong to Xernai or their respective owners. Do not unlawfully copy, resell or redistribute them, or bypass purchase controls. Keep appropriate backups of important work.
Availability and liability
We may update or discontinue features. Calculators are designed to work offline; purchases, restores and external services may need connectivity. We do not guarantee error-free results or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Xernai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
