Scope

BackTools (com.xernai.backtools) is an Android application published by Xernai. This policy covers purchases in BackTools only. Purchases are processed through Google Play.

Refund policy

Try the free tools before purchasing Pro. Purchases are generally final once access is delivered, except where Google Play's policies or applicable law provide a refund or other remedy. If access is not delivered, a purchase is duplicated or the app is faulty, contact us so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy. This policy does not restrict non-waivable consumer rights.

Request a refund

Use Google Play's refund process or email xernaitech@gmail.com with BackTools, your Google Play order ID and a description of the issue. Do not send payment-card details. Xernai can review orders and issue eligible refunds through Play Console; Google processes the return to your payment method. Eligibility and processing times depend on the purchase, payment method, Google's rules and applicable law.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases

Cancel a recurring subscription in Google Play to stop future renewals. Cancellation alone does not refund the current period; access normally continues until that period ends. Uninstalling does not cancel. Two-week passes do not auto-renew, and lifetime unlocks are one-time purchases. Refunds may remove the associated Pro access.

Consumer rights and updates
